Library Committee

Finance Committee

Planning and Zoning Board

They guide growth to ensure safety and quality of life by enforcing zoning ordinances, recommending re-zonings to city council, and approving subdivision plats and site plans.

Board of Zoning Adjustments

The Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) grants relief from strict zoning regulations to prevent "unnecessary hardships." It acts as a final appeal authority on administrative zoning decisions and approves specific exceptions, ensuring that unique property constraints do not prohibit reasonable use.

Clay Youth Sports Committee

The Clay Youth Sports Committee manages, organizes, and oversees Clay Youth Sports, focusing on player safety, compliance, scheduling, and volunteer management. They set operating rules, manage budgets, ensure safe environments, and promote sportsmanship for young athletes.
